Complaints & Content Removal

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Privé Moi is committed to a safe, lawful platform. Anyone, whether or not you have an account, can report content you believe is illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise violates our rules, and anyone depicted in content can request its removal.

How to report

Use the online complaint form, email support@privemoi.com or compliance@privemoi.com (complaints and policy questions), or use the Report control on any host profile, live stream or call screen. Please include: a link or description identifying the content, the reason for your report, and (if you are depicted) a way for us to verify your request. You do not need an account to report. Law enforcement and other legal requests go to lawenforcement@privemoi.com.

What we do

We review every report. Content we reasonably believe is illegal or non-consensual is removed immediately, the responsible account is disabled pending investigation, and where required we notify our payment processor and the relevant authorities. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and investigate and resolve them within five business days, faster for illegal content. Every person who reports receives a reply explaining the action taken.

Content depicting you

If you appear in content and did not consent, or you withdraw consent, contact us at support@privemoi.com and we will remove it upon verification. Where consent cannot be established, the content is removed with immediate effect. If you and the person who published the content disagree about consent, the dispute is referred to a neutral third party for resolution at our expense.

Non-consensual intimate images

If an intimate image or video of you has been published without your consent, including an image that was digitally created or altered to appear to be you, email support@privemoi.com with the subject line NCII REMOVAL. Please include: your electronic signature (typing your full name is enough), a statement made in good faith that the depiction was published without your consent, enough information for us to locate the content, and a way to contact you.

We will remove the content, and any identical copies we are aware of, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. You do not need an account and you do not need to be a member to use this process.

Child sexual abuse material

We have zero tolerance for content that sexualises minors. Suspected child sexual abuse material is blocked, preserved, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

Appeals

If your content was removed and you believe that was in error, email support@privemoi.com to appeal. Where we can, we contact the person who uploaded the content, or who is depicted in it, before removal. Every appeal is reviewed by a different person from the one who made the original decision. Appeals are answered within five business days.
