Private Video Chat With Verified Women

1. 01

   Create your account

An email, a username, your date of birth and your country. Where the law requires it, a quick automated age check before your first paid call.

2. 02

   Top up your balance

Buy a one-time coin pack. Crypto is live today; card checkout is coming, and when paying by card the charge appears on your statement as SegpayUK.com.

3. 03

   Open a host's private room

Pick a host from the grid above and start the call. The room holds one host and one viewer. Billing runs per minute only while you are connected.

• 01

Encrypted transport, not just a padlock

Every private call runs over encrypted WebRTC transport between your device, our media servers and the host's device. Our media servers route the call; they do not store it. A standard call is never saved as a video or audio recording, by us or by the host, and hosts agree to that in writing.

• 02

No recordings, and honest about monitoring

We do not record private calls. To keep the platform safe and legal we run automated safety monitoring on live calls: an individual still frame is captured every few seconds and checked by software for prohibited content, then deleted. A flagged frame goes to a human moderator who can end the call. Nothing else is kept. This is disclosed in our Terms and Privacy Policy and is part of what lets us keep the service running.

• 03

  Discreet by design

Hosts see your username, never your email. Coin packs are paid in crypto today, which creates no card or bank statement line. When paying by card, the charge appears on your statement as SegpayUK.com, with billing support and cancellations at cs.segpay.com. You can delete your account from the settings page at any time.

• 04

Built for one-on-one, not for shows

A private call means one host and one viewer in the room. No spectators, no chat overlay from other users, no public preview of what is happening inside. Live streams and group rooms are separate, clearly labelled features.

Privacy questions

Private video chat, your questions answered.

• Is the video chat actually private and encrypted?

Private means one host and one viewer in the room, and no recording of the call. The media runs over encrypted WebRTC transport through our media servers, which is how every modern video platform works. Our automated safety system samples still frames from live calls for prohibited content, as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy; nothing else is watched or kept.
• Does the platform record my calls?

No. A standard call is never saved as a video or audio recording. What we keep is metadata: which two accounts were connected, when the call started and ended, and how many coins it cost. The only exception is the automated safety sampling described above: individual frames are checked by software and deleted, and a frame that shows prohibited content is preserved for human review and, where the law requires it, reporting.
• What happens if a host records?

Recording a call is a breach of the host agreement and of our Terms. A host caught recording or sharing call content loses her account and forfeits her pending balance. If you believe a host recorded you, report it from the call screen or from our complaints page and we investigate.
• What information do I need to provide to sign up?

An email address, a username, your date of birth and your country. We do not ask for your real name, phone number or address. Depending on where you are, the law requires an age check before you can join a paid call or watch a live stream; it is a quick automated check and we store only the result, not your ID or your face. The email is used for login, receipts and account notices.
• Can I use a screen name?

Yes. Your username is whatever you choose. Hosts and other members see only that name, never your email or billing details.
• What does my card statement show?

Card checkout is not live yet. When paying by card, charges appear on your card statement as SegpayUK.com, and billing support and cancellations are handled at https://cs.segpay.com. Crypto purchases create no card statement line at all.
• Can I pay with crypto?

Yes. Coin packs can be paid through NOWPayments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and many other coins. The coins page lists what is accepted at checkout. Your coins work the same however you paid for them, and each host's per-minute rate is shown on her profile.
• What if law enforcement requests my data?

We respond to valid legal requests and we cooperate with law enforcement. We hold what we need to run the service: your email, date of birth and country, your billing history, call metadata and chat messages, and we never hold call recordings, because standard calls are not recorded. Our law enforcement contact details are on the contact page.
• Is this anonymous video chat?

You use a screen name and you can keep your camera off, so hosts never learn who you are. It is not anonymous towards us: we know your email, your date of birth and your country, and we verify every host's identity before she is listed. That is what makes a private call safe to have.
• Can I make a private video call without an app?

Yes. Private video calls run in the phone or desktop browser on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac. Nothing to install. A customer app for Android is available as a direct download for people who prefer it.
• How long do you store my chat history?

Text chat messages are kept so that billing disputes, refunds and safety reports can be checked. Video and audio of private calls are not recorded; our safety systems sample individual frames for automated review as described in our Privacy Policy. Your billing record (which coin packs you bought and when) is kept for as long as tax and chargeback rules require. You can read more about how private 1-on-1 video chat works for repeat sessions on our 1-on-1 video chat page.
• How do I delete my account and all data?

Go to Settings, hit “Delete account,” and confirm. Your account is closed immediately and your profile, username and email are anonymised. Billing records that we are legally required to keep for tax, chargeback and safety reasons are kept without your identity attached. Want to browse models before signing up?
